Procedures: Talk to Tae Sang in Mu Lung. Go to Herb Town: Over the Pirate Ship and join or create a party. Talk to Guon to enter the Pirate Party Quest. Hunt for 100 Ginseng Concentrate. Hunt for 50 Bellflower Concentrate. Return to Tae Sang after you have collected all the items.
