Procedures: Talk to Allen at Gelimer Research Lab: Second Square. Obtain a Security System Key Card by defeating Security System. Then head to Verne Mine: Dangerous Raccoon Nest, press up on the secret door on the left side of the map, go towards the end of the cave and rescue Baby Ore Muncher by attacking the cage that it's in. Return and talk to Allen.
